Collaborative Team seeking Associate Veterinarian
Tired of a toxic or stagnant work environment? Looking for a small animal practice that is more dynamic, supportive, and stimulating? Come to southern Vermont, an area steeped in history, culture and where outdoor adventures await, to work with a harmonious veterinary team.

Base salary of $110K with 20% production and a full benefits package. Compensation can include housing in a two-bedroom condo as part of the package (beginning February 2024). The Arlington Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced veterinary technician to join our team! Our growing, independently owned practice is dedicated to providing outstanding medicine and extraordinary service.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Assisting veterinarians in medical procedures, including exams, and treatments
- Performing laboratory tests and diagnostics
- Providing compassionate care and handling of animals
- Educating pet owners on treatment plans and preventative care
- Administering medications and vaccinations
- Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring hospital cleanliness
- You are committed to high-quality nursing care and eager to advance your skills
- You have a passion for patient well-being and client education
- You have specific interests in veterinary medicine—we love expanding our services and education offerings!
- 1 year experience as a Veterinary Technician, Licensed or certified (preferred)
- New graduates from an AVMA accredited program- We will pay for your VTNE prep and exam!
- Strong technical skills, including venipuncture, anesthesia monitoring, and radiology
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
